Empowering students through innovative education and care.

Empowering students through innovative education and care.
In our class this year, I aim to provide a nurturing environment for all students. My mission is to foster creativity and learning through engaging activities and personalized attention.
I'm excited to begin my 6th year teaching at Sacred Heart. I'm originally from South Dakota but have lived in Wisconsin for 15 years. In my free time I love spending time with friends. I'm a huge fan of cards, board games and anything Trivia.
This year I will be teaching Religion to 3rd, 4th and Middle School as well as 6th grade math.
I am also the Athletic Director for Sacred Heart School so if you have questions about any athletic program we have here please feel free to reach out to me.
As an educator, I believe that students thrive when they are both challenged and genuinely enjoying the learning process. My goal is to create a classroom environment where curiosity is encouraged, effort is celebrated, and learning feels like an exciting adventure rather than a chore.
I strive to set high expectations for my students because I believe in their potential to grow, take risks, and rise to meet new challenges. I want them to know that it’s okay to struggle—because that’s often where the most meaningful learning happens. I aim to push them just outside of their comfort zones, while providing the support they need to succeed.
At the same time, I believe that learning should be joyful. I incorporate creativity, humor, games, hands-on activities, and student-driven projects into my teaching so that students are actively engaged and having fun. When students are laughing, exploring, and collaborating, they’re also learning in deep and lasting ways.
Ultimately, I want my classroom to be a place where students feel safe to be themselves, excited to try new things, and confident in their ability to grow. I want them to look forward to school—not just because of what they’ll learn, but because of how they’ll learn it.

Sacred Heart offers a variety of athletic sports for grades 5-8. At times if numbers are low we also bring up 4th graders to play. Our focus is to provide students an opportunity to learn the basics of the game, learn good sportsmanship, and have fun. At the B level our coaches do their best to provide equal playing time for all players regardless of skill level. For the A level equal playing time is not guaranteed but every child will play in every game.
We offer the following sports:
· Girls Volleyball (September-October
· Cross Country (September-October)
· Boys Basketball (November-December)
· Girls Basketball (January-February)
· Track and Field (March-May)
